The second step is to fill out the simple form. You can enter up to 3 phone numbers. Then put your email into the form. Look at the image below. After you've clicked the "submit" box. You will be sent an email at the email address you provided. You must log into your email account and open the email that they will send you. I signed up for this free service about 2 years ago. I seldom get a call from a telemarketer. I think charities and organizations you've did business with are still allowed to call you.
